being your usual horse's **** and attempting to make a point; however, in your own post you state: In case of school being cancelled due to
weather or other emergency, the required makeup
days will be listed below.

So, based on that, with schools closed by the Governor for the remaining usual school year for ALL kids no matter the grade level they are, when do you supposed those REQUIRED makeup days will happen?

And for those kids who were going to HAVE to go to summer school from middle and high school levels in order to retake classes they have failed in order to get the credits they need in order to pass to the next grade or graduate and take the REQUIRED course of driver's education in order to get a legal driver's license in this state.....when do you suppose THAT happens?

You may THINK you've made your point, but you are still ignorant enough that you neglected to carry your point to the end.  That's the problem with liberals and Dems....they leave out the consequences and end results in order to have instant gratification.  In this/your case, you believe the pat on the back you deserve of 'showing up' a member (me) has only made you look foolish.

Just how long do you think

an entire country stays in lockdown, drp? Do you believe our country will survive a long term (months) isolation order?

Common sense dictates that we HAVE to get back to living our lives....yes, people will probably continue to die from this virus, but people are dying every day by the thousands in car wrecks without shutting down the country to keep them off the roads, people die every day by the hundreds (thousands in a year) of 'normal' flu, people die every day in the thousands in nursing homes, from cancer, from heart attacks, etc. The entire country has never been shut down before for ANY of it. When do YOU think we should stop this insanity?

Yes...restrict travel, including here in the States to within a 50 mile radius of your home; yes, continue to research vaccines; yes, continue treatments that appear to be working for those affected......but somewhere along the line sanity has to be returned and people go back to living their lives.....more cautiously probably, but at least as close to normal as possible. Give people the OPTION to have their children, including college students, to continue their education online instead of forced isolation....as well as the OPTION to work from home. The internet can finally become a USEFUL tool instead of the crap it's turned into recently.

Yes...restrict travel, including here in the States to within a 50 mile radius of your home;

So YOU can travel 50 miles from YOUR home.

YOU visit someone that lives 50 miles from you.

THEY visit someone that lives 50 miles from THEM, and so on and so on.

Next thing you know

IT'S EVERYWHERE....IT'S EVERYWHERE.

People die every day from gunshot wounds, but ...

At the risk of sounding sarcastic, all I can do is repeat:
> Not "our" country. Mine has leadership that leads. Hasn't failed yet.
> Your country OTOH will be out of business soon, so it's none of my concern when.
> It's precisely because we do care about consequences that we can be citizens of our country. Example: "That's the problem with liberals and Dems....they leave out the consequences and end results in order to have instant gratification" Yet, when I point out a consequence of taking your recommendation it becomes unimportant. Collateral damage is minimized, in your social math. Won't be your kids anyway, right?

Each of the bullet points, and more, is backed up, explained, promised by the most widely distributed book ever. Yet you refuse to read it. (Otherwise I would post them.)
People who go to heaven are already told exactly what they will do when they get there. What else should we expect? What do you think you would do if sent flying to Oz?

I HAVE made my point....Having YOU admit it is another story.

From ONE of YOUR posts/claims

The 'summer break' is usually a week long after 'normal' 9 month school would be over, followed by a nearly three month long full session of school again, followed by another week long 'summer break' session, followed again by another 9 month long full session of school.

normal' 9 month school followed by nearly three month long full session of school ?

three month long Full session?

WRONG!!!!!
