Im on IE 8 and Win XP.

nwcountry@gmail.com (E-mail Address Not Verified) says (5:40 PM):

I keep getting the message above although I got the email w/link and verified my email after downloading the program. I can't find "help" info on how to have them re-verify, or what I mean is, send me another link to verify. Is there any other way to get that message out of my message windows?

Thanks

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
