1. Yes, you can run Fusion in its own window. It does not have to take up the whole screen, although it can.
2. Yes, very well
3. Legally, Yes. The one you got on your PC was an OEM copy which is licensed to that computer.
4. iTunes for Windows will take unprotected WMA files and convert them for you. No need to go to MP3 as iTunes will import them as AAC by default. This can be changed at will.

Has anyone used VM Fusion? I've heard that it's better than parallels. I have not been able to find a satisfactory replacement for onenote, and don't want to transfer all of my work into another program, so I would mainly be using VM for onenote.
1. Can I just open a single windows program, or do I have to open an entire windows desktop?
2. Will it run well on 2.2. ghz with 4 gigs of ram?
3. Do I need to purchase an entire new license for windows, or can I somehow transfer the one that came pre-installed on my PC?
4. What is good program for converting my old WMAs into MP3s for Itunes.
