is this good?? All I will have plugged in are the comcast dvr box, the tv and a blue ray player..

Gigantic Rip off!

Monster products are a gigantic rip off. Return it and go to Radio Shack and buy a 6 outlet serge protector for $20.00. If you paid more than $3.00 for HDMI cables (available at Amazon) you also paid too much.
