Pray for George, as he is still not feeling well and getting very little sleep! I won't say more, If he wants to tell more I will let him do it. Get the Prayers going:)

All it seems to mean is that my prayer list gets longer. Sad

Whine over; consider the request granted.

You are something else...Glad I saw this..

Between last Feb. and last night I think all this SE praying really does work. Slept 4 straight hours in the chair last night. Got up, got the lungs working again and then got another couple hours in. For about a week now I've only been getting an hour here and there. I have to sleep in a chair. Its a long boring story this problem I have. Basically its my lungs. They do not function too good.. Much of the time I'm gasping for air. Short of breath all the time, even with the inhalants, oxygen, pills etc. (I don't have Apnea so they say.) Also had another attack of A-Fib. That was a hairy 15 min. or so but recovered. My own fault. Forgot the pills for a few days. Anyhow I have met with all 3 of the specialists I go to within the past 4 weeks. Pulmonary, Cardiac & Hematology Docs. What it boils down to, given my age theres only so much the medical profession can do with any one of the major problems I have, let alone 3. So that leaves this old buzzard in the "so much" stage I guess. Well, "So much" for that.

Many, many thanks for all the thoughts and prayers you wonderful people have extended to me on here. I hope someday, if ever one of you folks need it, my prayers will work as well for you.

I'll probably be off of here for a few days.....Everybody have a wonderful Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. And Glenda, you are one of a kind. Big Thanks.

George

one issue going on at a time, even good jugglers drop the occasional ball. You will be in our thoughts for the lead up to and through Christmas. Hope it all settles to a tolerable level of intolerability. Wink

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
