the show where she demonstrated the proper way to cook and eat a lobster. Each type of meat was "really the best part of the lobster!"

I recently acquired this book http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0375413405/qid=1114344225/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/002-4641972-6771203 and I have to say that she really does a good job in introducing the French Kitchen! And what a kitchen! The wines. The butter. The cream! All is explained to the least detail in this book. From the day I got the book, I just LOVE FRANCE and its kitchen and wines. They certainly know food! Had an awesome Chardonnay from M
