When I save graphics from the Internet using Windows XP I have the option of saving them as .jpeg but not .jpg -- Is there a way that the default settings can be changed in XP to automatically default to the .jpg extension rather than .jpeg? I have a couple of older graphics viewers that for some reason do not always show .jpeg files, but do show .jpg's

The web page in question has the filename ending in .jpeg If the web page image ends in .jpg, then IE offers to save it as .jpg.

Changes in default settings?
