"Custom/Fine Rotation" is great if your image is not straight, for example if your horizon line is a little crooked. Choose your desired rotation angle and the background color of the image. Or, you can press "CTRL+U"."

I have some JPEGs in my files that have the image displayed at an angle, other than 90*, 180*, flip or invert. They are photos taken or printed tilted at various angles.
I have downloaded and tried a few aps that claim to be able to do what i want, but they end up doing no more than what i can already do in W7 or thru Microsoft Paint.
I do have a program, VLC Video Player, that will turn any Video by the use of a drag-and-turn wheel to orient the video to any angle. It does not seem to work on JPGs. I'd really like to find something that simple for JPGs and JPEGs.
