1.Please note that just above the text editor (where you enter a question on the forum) is the following paragraph, and if certain information is not present in your question, our reply may not be of much help:

Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution.

2. Please read, "Cannot Find Program.exe Needed for Opening Files... (Q191219)" and then "Err Msg: Windows Cannot Find Program.exe, Which Is Needed... (Q188592 )"

If I take your post literally, such as the file name as you wrote it:

____.

You must save the file with a .jpg extension.

Tyrantiger, You Can Try This...

As mentioned in the earlier responses, we need clearer information, but if I understand correctly, the instructions below should help:

Go to one of the .jpg pictures, click on it once to highlight it, then while holding down the Shift key, right click on the file, then choose "Open With" from the menu. When the "Open With" box opens, make sure there is a check mark in the "Always Use this program to open this type of file", then scroll down to "Iexplore" and double click it. This will set up the default viewer for opening jpg files. You can always set up another type for those files if you want. Do this same procedure with .gif files, Iexplore is their default opener.

Do the same for .bmp files, except when you open the "Open With" box, scroll down to "MSPaint" and double click that. That is the default for bmp files.

Hope this helps.
