korobl,

Do you have the option of dragging them to the Micro SD card?

I don't have a whole lot of phone information here, but I'll see if I can find some information to assist. You may be able to get some help at 800-SAMSUNG as well if you'd like to ask questions to a live operator.

Hi HDtech,

Many thanks for your fast reply. I'll try dragging them to the micro card - I assume that's in Explorer, then inserting the card into the phone.

Thanks again!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
