Hi Ed:

I went into that storage area yesterday and didn't see any evidence of bats roosting in there. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve the problem by patching that hole in the mesh in our furnace exhaust. I'll get in touch with Angeline so we can exchange e-mail addresses.

Hmmm.....guess the "help" is not the 'printable' acceptable of CNet to share with others who may be able to help others in the future?

Can also contact by CNet's forum on-line email. I'm willing to edit my forum profile to put a 'dot' in "Allow other members to contact me by email", just for a day in order to receive such type information from someone that is not printable to others.

Josh, your CNet profile doesn't indicate you can be contacted by the CNet system of email. Do you plan on opening it up for a "day", few hours, or...?

In reply to: Re: Josh. About your

I just checked my profile and I have "Allow other members to contact me by email" selected, allowing up to two messages per month. So how do you send a message to someone? I don't see a link or button.

Fixed it

Went into my profile and hit the "update" button without making any changes, and the button is now available.
