I Froogled for a new RAZR v3I phone, and found this web site (http://shop.1asecure.com/index.cfm?stid=5316 ) for a store called Jordans, which professes to be a volume dealer that also sells to the public. Their prices is MUCH cheaper than anywhere else. Too good to be true? Does anybody have any experience with them? I want to check before writing a check!

Guys, there is no phone number in Philadelphia. You have to accept the fact that this was a scam. The business doesn't exist.
Let me know how I can help. I'll do *whatever* I can to get my money back and get this person thrown in jail.
I can't stand fraud and theft.
Count me in for sure. I have a copy of the check that was chashed (with the thiefs signature, bank and name on it), my original invoice, a letter than states the item was shipped (a lie) and an email referencing the website that said we would get a refund in 30 days which never did happen.

If you have found this page, then you already have reservations about buying from "Jordans" and I just want to let you know that your gut instinct is right. Do not under any circumstances buy from this place.....unless you like giving money away (in which case, you can send me an email and I'll let you know where to send ME your money). In all seriousness, this plce is fraud....fraud.....fraud. If you didn't have the time to read all of the postings, here's the summary. You (the prospective buyer) goes to their site, places an order. Then you cut them a check (or a money order) and wait for your item that you got such a great deal on. A couple of weeks go by and nothing....huh? that's strange. Then they send you an email stating that they tried to deliver the item to your location, but for some reason, they couldn't, so the item was returned. They will then tell you htat they have re-shipped it. Time goes by- nothing. You ask what happened and they will tell you that your item ins now in backorder (though they've "sent" it to you twice. Over two months have come and gone and nothing still. The moral of the story is.....Stay away from "jordans." If a deal seems too good to be true.....it IS!!!!

P.S. For those of you who beleive you are going to get a refund, just because this ahole keeps updating his website once a month with a date, dream on.

Same response. I am very upset with this people.
I ordered my phone on June 2nd, 06; no refund; auto reply emails.
I also sent a legal notice through the mail and I GOT THE LETTER BACK,
with "return to sender", no box # or apt # ( I sent it to an address in Philadelphia).
This people needs to be send to prison for all this fraud.
I am willing to participate with any person who will start any legal action.
