JOKE_SNOWMAN.E in System Volume Information Folder

Hi,
I keep getting this message from Trend Micro PC-cillin. If I scan F: I do not get any hits. I am not sure what is triggering this to pop up as it does it randomly, PC-cillin is not doing a scan. I am running XP. Is there anything I can do to clean this? Thanks in advance.
