Congratualtions DK. Your weirdest post ever.

Y'all are very fond of quoting the Bible (the Old Testament, mainly -- sort of odd for CHRISTIAN Fundamentalists).

The essence of a Christian fundamentalist is that the whole Bible (some include the Apocrypha, mainly Roman Catholics, but most do not) is the ABSOLUTE incontrevertible Word of God.

When have I ever quoted the Bible in this forum? When have I ever taken a 'CHRISTIAN fundamentalist' position? Do you even know what the term means? And why would it be odd for a christian to quote the Old Testament? I begin to wonder how well informed you are, and how good your memory is. Oh, by the way, I think it is quite clear in the Bible that the state is given the 'sword' in order to dispense justice. This is justice, not vengeance; and Christ was not talking about the state.

I see that as usual you have included the country that has graciously ALLOWED you to live here in the list.

I mean the United States of America is, according to your list an undemocratic place to live.

so, it begs the question, 'why do YOU live here?'

You can always go back to where ever you came from.

that is what a free country is all about, the freedom of choice.

since the US is such a terrible place, leave.

Once again you show your lack of knowledge when it comes to the English idiom. Where did I state that the countries listed were not democratic?

The reason why I am living here, is absolutely non of your business. I can be here for a million reasons and I can agree or disagree with the country! Are you saying that anyone who disagrees with a country's policy on death penalty should leave? If so, you are throwing out a HUGE part of the American population! Or those who disagree with B&B? Should critical people leave or do they have a right to settle down wherever they want and have the opinion they want? Maybe YOU are the ANTIDEMOCRATIC person here since you are telling me to leave! You know that comment, BTW, I heard a man say to another man here in Bklyn "Why don't you leave the country?". There was a cop who overheard it and told the man who said "Why don't you leave the country?" to shut his mouth since he had nothing to do with why the insulted man was here, nor had he the right to tell him to leave! The same goes for you.

' Nice company! s there any country that you consider democratic among the following?

take a look at the header you think you were so clever about.

you have inserted an exclamation mark BEFORE the letter 's'.

there is no idiom here however you would have to know good english to determine/ know that.

all it is, is your pathetic attempt at disguising the word 'is'.

that is obvious to anyone who reads it.

you have created a list including the US and asked the question 'is there country you consider democratic?'

by inference and a plain interpretation of what you have to say you are stating that the US is not democratic.

as for the great majority of AMERICANS who disagree with what the country is and/ or stands for, I think you can safely eliminate yourself from that group because you are NOT American.

IOW...
Nov 25, 2003 1:17PM PST

In America ONLY Americans can be critical to the death penalty? Is that what you are saying? And in America only Americans can be critical to the Bush administration?

Regarding me being American or not, that is nothing that you have a clue about! The fact that I was still in the process when you started to insult me thru private email and I decided to not keep in touch with you anymore, doesn't mean things haven't changed in that matter. I may as well have that Blue Passport with the Eagles on the front! Do you think John Lennon was wrong in moving to the USA, being a British citizen and have very critical opinions about USA?

Oh, and before I forget it. You seem to have picked up your friend's habit of criticizing my English. WHERE does it say that the English has to be perfect? YOU make a lot of mistakes BTW. So does your friend who doesn't even know where the Caps key is on the keyboard. And I could mention a lot of people here that write English much worse than I do, but I prefer not to. It's not my kind. But those who attack with the chin in the air must be able to count with a hit once in a while!

No, I have had it with you. There is no need for you to continue to reply to my posts, so I suggest you hold your peace from now on, when it comes to me. NOTA BENE: It is a suggestion!

1.Nota Bene altough grammatically correct, is almost never used in the writtem word, but then again, a comment has been made about the quantum of YOUREnglish.

2. I have no idea of whom you speak when it comes to some 'friend' of mine who cannot write good english.

3. as for your status in the US I care not a whit, except to say that you should be on your knees, thanking the country that accepted you, not criticizing it.

afterall as a NEW American, how much do you suppose you think you know?.

4. btw the private email could have continued, except for the fact that the other whiner, decided he would try and report me for Spam, a fact you already aware of, given that you were cc'd on the matter.

5. as for responding, to posts, try this, Post something stupid, amd you will hear.

As for #2 I don't have to exemplify with your friend's English. It's enough looking at yours. You seem to have the same difficulty when it comes to the Caps key...

#3: Does a person residing in the USA, citizen or not, have the right to condemn certain parts of the country where he/she is living?

#5: Are you talking processors? Personally I prefer Intel...

Death is not a punishment - you have to be alive to suffer punishment. However, I don't appreciate my tax dollars feeding terrorists and murders when we have law-abiding citizens that can't afford to eat.

For what its worth...
