Posting a link to your own personal blog is against forum policies. (SPAM, Solicitation, take your pick)

In addition, the "Unlocker" program you linked to isn't designed to temporarily disable necessary background programs so defrag can be run.. Instead, it allows a user to delete or move files or programs that have been "locked" by Windows or malware.
