..the site is having problems. It appears like it's not your computer's issue.. I also checked a couple of the webcams at the site and they don't work here either. I tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer 6 SP2.
Hope this helps.

I have been trying to view the webcams at http://www.gwcoc.com on my Dell wireless laptop running Windows XP. Although I was able to view them last year on this computer, I cannot view them now. The Java cup logo appears for a few seconds--but then disappears--and the area is left blank. I have un-installed and re-installed Java twice to no avail. My Java console shows the following:
Java Plug-in 1.6.0_01
Using JRE version 1.6.0_01 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Documents and Settings

I am totally lost when it comes to java. Can anyone tell me what this means and what I can do to fix my problem? I haven't noticed any problems using java applets at other sites, which really has me baffled! By the way...I am able to view the webcams on my desktop computer, so the webcams are obviously working at the site!
Thank you for any help you can offer me......Gina
