JAlbum 6.4, invalid file size error

Hello, I d/l alot of things I am using Win98se, IE:6.0.2800.1106, SP1... I have tried to download
JAlbum 6.4, I have a few different copies all do the same thing, even downloaded from Alternate Sites through Cnet. The problem, after downloading I right click to try and go to properties and it comes up with a dialog box that's titled "Confim" and my choices are "Abort" "Retry" and "Cancel" the error reads.."Invalid size or check sum of file or unsupported compression format - Native Error:00008. File Processing Error, Possible disk is Full " Clicking any of tabs does nothing EXCEPT the Abort Tab, which then closes the Dialog, and it does finally give me my right click MENU. I have alot of other files , EXE'S included that I have checked and no problems with them, I have downloaded again and again day after day week after week with the same results. any tips or clues?.
