Here, we'd purchase an inexpensive, external USB wireless adapter/dongle, plug it in, and run wireless using the external adapter. You might need to disable the internal wireless adapter in Device Manager first, but it would be your best bet.
Of course, you could first try reinstalling the drivers for your current wireless adapter by visiting Alienware's site.

I’m pretty sure it’s capable of being wireless, it has the antenna icon and it’s lit up. I’ve gone through adapter, rebooted, turned off and on adapters, checked windows zero configuration. I’ve been searching it up and I have no clue what else to do
