iTunes won't play .m4p files

iTunes 9 won't play any .m4p songs withough them skipping and itunes freezing. All other audio files play fine. ***? Anybody know how to fix it?

In late March 2010, Apple released version 9.1,

Since m4p is "protected" content it is all too possible that that protection may rely on a few things like latest itunes and sadly, a fast machine.

Also make sure you're logged into the iTunes Store with the same account used to purchase those tracks.

You may also need to go to menubar and select Store-->Authorize This Computer...
