iTunes Transfer Question

I wanted to know if its possible to transfer my iTunes library from a Windows laptop( HP Pavilion ze5185) to a powerbook( the 15' model) while keeping my playlists and other information intact.

Networking the two machines together would be an easy way to transfer tracks but that would not keep your playlist and other information intact.
I had a quick search for software to do that with but found nothing immediately.
Still looking though.

Hit Google hard, there has to be some way to do this
