iTunes to sell you your own home movies for $1.99 each

by barret55 / April 21, 2006 2:48 AM PDT

I'm not quite sure how to react to this announcement from Apple on Tuesday morning. It's good because you don't have to store your movies on your own computer, and can be accessed anywhere on the internet via iTMS, but bad that it'll cost you $1.99 each to get your own movies.

...until I saw that it came from the onion. You do realize that this is probably a joke, right? After all, The Onion is a fake/ spoof news source. Props to you though because you almost had me there!

P.S. I'm only assuming that you didn't know this was fake only becuase you didn't use the new snark-mark. Hehe

I had NO idea whatsoever that it was a joke. Someone here at work in our Apple mailing list had sent out this link, and made no mention that it was humor or anything of the sort.

I'll have to remember for future reference when I see links that point to The Onion.

Sorry everyone!

Where's my rock to hide under??

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
