It was hacked long ago and it's a catch 22 situation.
Apple won't reset the security questions unless I update the credit card info and I will not update that until the security questions are reset.
Which means I can't use my account I set up long ago for new purchases.
It's am imperfect world and I can live without iTunes.

Anyone else frustrated with itunes support? I just had an experience where they were having trouble "verifying" my account (tho i had correctly verified my credit card and multiple other things) because it took a couple of tries to match a registered device (tho i have multiple registered devices) since the software updated.
Because the support agent accessed my account multiple times, it was put on 24 hour hold for "my security" which seems ridiculous since APPLE was the one who had been accessing my account v. some hacker.
