does not move from one location to another when you restart.
When you moved the library onto the TC, you left the original one behind on the HD of your computer.
Start up iTunes while holding down the Option key and point iTunes at the new location on the TC.
Once it is running, move the iTunes folder that is on your hard drive, onto the desktop.
Quite iTunes and then relaunch it normally. It should go to the TC
If it does, you can move the iTunes library that is on the desktop, into the trash. Do no empty the trash.
Quit iTunes and then relaunch.
If iTunes launches normally, without asking for the location of the library, you are good to go.
The Mac OS will not open any file or app that is in the trash.
Once you are happy that all your tracks are on the TC, you can go ahead and empty the trash.

Can somebody help me solving this one?:
I wan't to have my iTunes media library on my external harddisk (time capsule) so I change it in the advanced menu 'changing iTunes Media folder location'
This works fine. The music that I add to iTunes now are placed on the TC.
BUT BUT when I restart my iTUnes the folder is back in the old location on my computer harddisk. Can someone help me - I cannot find the answer in the regular troubleshooting...
