iTunes is now rubbish

Mar 1, 2013 12:38AM PST

I reckon the latest download of iTunes is now rubbish. Why haven't they included a full library folder at the top of the playlist is anyones guess, it's certainly beyond me. Still as long as their shop still works nothing else matters does it

When *hasn't* iTunes been rubbish? ;)

Sometimes I think Apple's UI/UX people have their heads stuck in their posterior region.

I'm looking for an alternative to the sad new Itunes

I agree, it's rubbish, just a cheap design to get us into the Itunes store. I can hardly bear to turn it on. I used to flip through my personal collection of music one album cover at a time, it's no longer a utility for us to organize our music but a sales tactic to enlarge the Apple empire. Have you found a better player that one can transfer their music files to?

It used to be clumsy but reliable and helpful. Now it is a maze of gimmicks all oriented to sell sell sell.
Yes, is the an app that hasn't been made into Apple sauce?

They are doing the same now with the hardware. Eg. The new nano does not support shuttle by alblum. Apple thinks everyone is buy and then playing simple songs.
