Question

Itunes installation issues

Jan 2, 2015 1:53PM PST

I am trying to download the latest version of ITunes, but the installer is defaulting to J drive, which is not in use on my computer. When I try to select a different drive the installation crashes. I tried mapping J: to an external drive, as has been suggested in other forums, but J does not even exist as an option in my disk management dropdown menu. I suspected the current version of iTunes on my computer may be corrupted but I can't event uninstall it. I am running Windows 7. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

In response to your request for clarification, there has never been anything stored on J drive - Itunes and music files are on C and K (external hard drive).
