iTunes Help

Every time I play a music file using iTunes I get this horrible BZZZ sound randomly in diff songs and at different spots. it comes and goes. I have tried reinstalling iTunes. Does not happen with other music players. Happen with all audio file types. Hppens even when I am not doing anything in the background. Happens with both downloaded(ripped by someone else) and files ripped by me.Have reinstalled the OS also with nosuccess.

I have Pent IV 3.2GHz with 1Gb RAM more than 250Gb storage and Win XP PRo.Sound card is Sound Blaster Live Value. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED?
Thanks

Yes. I am able to play WMP, Real and QT with no problems. I have the latest (well the sound card is several years old) drivers per Creative web site. Also if it were drivers why would all other players work fine? Essentially all my CDs that I have ripped to the apple lossless form have that jarring Bzzz sound lasting 1-2 sec spread randomly all over :(.I also downloaded the latest itunes today bot with no success.

ANy other suggestions?

My advice to you is that either your electronic equipment
which is the speakers are causing the problem you're having or the problem occurs in iTunes itself if you have a pair of leftover speakers try plugging them in and testing it out if not try to find either an FAQ or getting support from apple

Thanks for your help. I think I will try and contact Apple for this problem.
