Question

iTunes can't access store....

Or any website that may help to resolve. I have a mac and get the message server cannot be found or internet not working(which of course it does) I cannot find a phone number to contact apple to see if there is a problem on the server or whether i have a security breach. Anyone have an answer please?

One wonders what version of what OS you are using,

and what version of iTunes you are using.

One also ponders the question as to the possible use of Firewall or Anti-Virus Software.

Thanks for the reply, using the latest everything. I think i had either a real e mail from apple which i trashed asking for me to update my details as i felt it was a scam or i had a virus. Problem was sorted by logging out and back in again which may have answered apple's call for me to update info. Shame i couldn't find anyone to talk to at the time and also that apple's email was addressed to dear customer rather than specifically to me which made me believe it was a scam. Anyway problem sorted thanks
