not an easy program

at least not that intuitive. it is compatible with windows and shouldn't interfere with anything. however, the mac version is an all in one application (decrypts and rips) while the windows version is not.

Here is a Handbrake tutorial from iLounge:

a hint

Here's a link to a PC Magazine article from last year. Not free but easier to use than Handbrake (which, unless things have changed in the last 6 months or so isn't an all in one solution if you're using a PC rather than a Mac). This isn't an all in one solution either, but still easier.

After the movie is copied, open up iTunes and drag it from whatever folder it is in to the iTunes Library (in the left pane of the program). Then connect Touch to iTunes, go to the movies tab, select the movie, and sync.

I use clone dvd mobile from slysoft.com. Use it in conjunction with anydvd from same company. Costs but works easily.
