iTunes 7

by ckare82 / September 16, 2006 6:44 PM PDT

I'm deployed to Afghanistan and would LOVE to have iTunes 7. Unfortunately, either iTunes, my internet connection, or my computer will not let me download iTunes all the way. When I try to install what my computer DOES allow me to download, I get a win32 error. Does anyone know how to get it on a disk? Does anyone offer this? Ive looked all over the iTunes/Apple site and dont see anything. HELP!!!
Christy

although it supposedly only tracks your taste in music to offer you music more to your taste, it would likely be considered a potential security threat by armed forces IT security. If nothing else it would allow (from sending area) some ability to determine your general location?

Keep iTunes 6

If you do not need iTunes 7, I suggest you keep your older version as iTunes 7 isn't that great. It uses up A LOT of memory, thus slowing your computer down, and it doesn't have a great amount of features that iTunes 6 did. I know i'm certainly keeping iTunes 6, but I suppose that's your choice.

Hope I helped you decide what you want,

Paul.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
