ive tried everything i can think of and i cany seem to recover my phone i tried to upgrade it and could noy succeed so i wanted to put the thing back to how it was when i started and just cannot seem to figure it out

there's lots of problem come in grand prime... nd most common problem is hanging.... i really very fed up with this hang problem.... samsung must fix this problem or else this will suck samsung sale......
