When I open iTunes and click on the Music Store button, it says that 'the connection was refused. make sure your network is active and try again.' i have made sure that norton internet security and the windows firewall are not blocking iTunes. Advice?
BTW, I am running XP Home SP2, 3.2 GHZ, 512 RAM, and I am virus free.
