The no reply allowed bit comes up after so many 'levels' here.

Even after a certain post has reached that sublevel and comes up no replies, replies are accepted at higher levels.

Also, in case you missed it, if a post says no more replies, you can go to the address box of your browser, find the 5208 and change to 5224, click on the go beside browser box, and that will bring up a reply page. See the .com/5208- in the below link? just change the 08 to 24 in your address/url box and click go to reply anyway.
