he's 79? See that place he was living in? They are almost doing him a favor at this point. He's already paid for parole violation by a long life on not being able to get ahead simply for being on the lam for so long. I wonder why WVa decided to tell state of Ohio to shove it? I remember some time ago there was a similar situation with an aged person "on the lam" who tried to "turn himself in" and after processing they turned him back out because his health needs and cost would cost them more than any threat to society. This guy may get the cushy aged convict retirement home with better health care than most citizens get.
