It takes 35 minutes for my desktop computer to start booting up. When I turn it on I need to wait 35 minutes, for BIOS to beeps, and then everything goes normally and Windows boots up.
What might cause this problem?

The PC is an old P4 assembled on a Gigabyte MB. It was working prperly during the last 4 years and suddenly the problem appeared while I was booting the system the last night.
I have no idea what caused the problem.

You can see the pictures and check your board for the issue.

So If I find leaking capacitors, all I can do is to throw it away?
