IT Solution to Manage Workshops/etc

We are mid-sized university in Pakistan operating a reasonable size executive training departments. We currently have Peoplesoft managing students and financial portfolio.

I am looking for a solution where a individual customer can register and enroll in workshop/training, paid a certain fee etc.

same time a corporate customer can a credit limit for the training.

Is there a known system which can manage this

Sounds like a webshop with 2 payment methods and some custom code to be able to differentiate between individual customers and corporate customers.
