to get anything other than leftist views from a website with 'progress' in its name? Even the page you linked to is 'climateprogress'......with links on the page to ONLY leftist views, including the tabs across the top.

As I've said before.....'progress' to a leftist is synonymous with 'money'......and that's OTHER people's money going into THEIR pockets, because that's also what THEY mean by 'distribution of wealth'.

Weather is weather is weather....give it ten minutes, and it will change in the other direction again.

Leftist views of a temperature?

HOW does that work?

Leftist thermometers?

You don't like that link...here's another ....The globally averaged temperature over land and ocean surfaces for February 2015 was the second highest for the month since record keeping began in 1880, according to NOAA scientists. Both the year-to-date (January-February) and seasonal (December-February) globally averaged temperatures were record high.

NOAA said the temps were higher on average....What's leftist about that?

Weather is weather is weather....give it ten minutes, and it will change in the other direction again.

Said the person that is predicting winter until April 30.

Conservative F thermometer

100 degrees = sure is hot today, turn on AC!
90 degrees = time to water the lawn
80 degrees = ah, just about right
70 degrees = such spring like weather
60 degrees = don't forget the sweater
50 degrees = chillier than I expected today
40 degrees = turn on that heat pump!
30 degrees = winter must be arrived
20 degrees = crank up that electric blanket, sure be glad when spring arrives.

Liberal Leftist F Thermometer

100 degrees = SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! THE WORLD IS BURNING UP!!
90 degrees = my grass is dying, glaciers are melting, another sign of the coming climate apocalypse
80 degrees = feels nice today, but this can't last with global warming happening
70 degrees = I wonder if we will have winter this year?
60 degrees = if it gets any colder, I'll be surprised.
50 degrees = NOW I KNOW SOMETHINGS WRONG, IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE WARMER THAN THIS!
40 degrees = what the hell is going on?!
30 degrees = all that glacier melt is now freezing on my yard and roof, the sky is falling
20 degrees = Global Warming has altered the weather patterns, that's why I'm cold this winter
10 degrees = If we don't stop Global Warming, we'll end up in a new Ice Age!
0 degrees = FOR THE SAKE OF THE EARTH, SOMEONE DO SOMETHING. NOW!!!

Weather is different than climate.

Weather is what you see out your window. Climate is what is happening in the whole world including the oceans. BTW we still haven't gotten our average annual snowfall. Close but not there yet.

This means that it's been very cold on the east coast but the west coast has been dealing with record heat and drought. It also means that a lot of the increase in temperature is in the ocean so we have some sea creatures further north.

Here's one for the anti-warmers:

Of course it's warmer. A snowbank is an insulator!
Not my problem of course. Mt 6:9,10; how many blizzards in heaven?
