That should have been covered in your Windows Server training courses. Once in a while you find folk skip the coursework.
So I'll write it is possible but your IT staff should set this up. If they can't, send them to training or hire new IT staff.
Hello,
I am new to Information Technology so I'm trying to figure out some things for my upcoming start-up business.
What I want to do is be able to have my server with active directory installed on it located at my house while being able to access the domain from a remote location, such as my office building, which is a 3 hour drive from where I want the server to be located. I also want to be able to access my Network Attached Storage (NAS) device from the office while being located at my house, again 3 hours away. Is there any way I can have them both connected to my home network and be able to access them at the office?
Thanks!
