(Mainly for Tom): I've been to the channel 4 website, but I can't acces the video because you have to be in the UK to watch it. How do you do it?

Try Bittorrent search sites or the direct link which you can find on Digg if you search for IT Crowd. A UK proxy also works.

Without making me liable. Also, you can find proxy servers apparently that fool the site into thinking you're coming from the UK. I haven't tried that one though.

well you are not fooling the website, as your request is really coming from the UK (and them being sent accross the pond)

Some proxies that claim they are based in the U.K. are still being blocked. I have tried some with BBC live Olympics coverage and the IT Crowd, and it still says that I am not located in the UK or something to that effect.
