Interesting. I guess rabid people on the right are still OK though.

calling the posters 'egomaniacs' is not in good taste and for one, I take offense to it.

Referring specifically to a member by name in the manner that you have, transcends any boundary of respect for a fellow poster that I have seen thus far in this group of forums, where I have been a member since the old ZdNet days.

Since you chose to make a public issue of it, KP,

I will repeat to you and the forum openly the same thing that was in the deletion notice:

Kiddpeat, Speakeasy is probably to the right of the electorate as a whole, but your post [in part, calling Tueday's elecion results "an Al-Qeda victory"] is an insult to all those who voted Democratic last Tuesday, and thus a direct attack on many Speakeasy members. Any similar posts will be similarly removed. The election is over -- let's try to move on in a more bipartisan, less contentious fashion as the President has urged.
