I See A Couple Of Options..
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / November 9, 2009 6:27 AM PST

1. If you owe a bill, pay it?

2. If you don't owe a bill and you don't want the software, uninstall it.

Hope this helps.

What Type Of Message?
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / November 9, 2009 8:12 AM PST

As you're seeing, a little better description of your problem would sure help us answer your question better..

"the reminder message is constantly there" doesn't tell us where the message is or how you're seeing it.. Is it in your email or does it just "appear" in the middle of your screen at startup? Do you only see it while online or when offline too?

Have you tried running a good antispyware scanner such as the free one below? If not, please do.

Malwarebytes Antimalware

Hope this helps and let us know more.

If It's Loading At Startup..
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / November 10, 2009 1:43 AM PST

In addition to running the malware scan as mentioned in my previous post, check all the locations where "StartUp" items try to load.. A few are below:

1. Click on Start-All Programs-Startup.. If a link exists there related to the problem message, RIGHT click on it, choose "Delete".

2. Click on Start, then type "msconfig" (without the quotes) in the Search window, then press the "Enter" key, then if you're using UAC, select the "Continue" button. At the System Configuration Utility window, click on the "Startup" tab, then check through the various listings and UNCHECK the box next to the item, if it's listed, that might be related to the program in question..

3. Search the registry for the problem startup entry and remove it.

Hope this helps.
