caktus, TweakUI is one of the powertoys from Microsoft. Go to the link below and scroll down to TweakUI which explains why it should be running at startup. It uses very little resources nor does it slowdown your boot time if that's what you're concerned about.

Two instances of TweakUI are my Startup programs. Every time I uncheck them they end up checked again. I read that startup is necessary if TweakUI "power toys" is installed. But I don't have the "power toys" installed (unless it refers to the TweakUI it's self.)
Could someone advise me weather it is necessary on Startup, and if not how to keep it off Startup?
Help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
