istation v43 , c and c air, somebody call Cnet

I know cnet has made the statement if the product isn't going to be widely sold in the us thier probably not going to review it. But why show and express much enthusiasm over the digital cube c and c air at CES 2006 if it's never coming to the us? And further more this seems to be cutting edge tech why wouldn't it come to the us?
