Issues with HP Elitebook 2350

We are currently having issues with the HP Elitebook 2350 and 22" monitors. When the Elitebook is plugged into a docking station and a 22" monitor is being used, the monitor starts to get waves in it. The settings are a max resolutions, tried both DVI and VGA cables, checked the BIOS, and was on the phone with HP support for a total of 24 hours and still have no results. Anyone having the same issues or know of something?

Did you try changing the power cord and the Video cable?
