When you installed the theme

This is free and open-source solution. If you like GUI based installation, probably you are going to pay for that big button.

Are you sure the theme was successfully installed and activated? Though it doesn't even looked like the default theme. I think there's something wrong with the theme you installed (if it was really successfully installed). Try using another theme without uploading it. From your admin panel, go to themes, click add new, and then search for any theme, install it and activate it from the control panel.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
