I have a few robotic vacuums and had to think over and adjust my home for them to work. While I think my Samsung Darth Vader is the best of the lot, our Neato comes in a close second. Last place is a 99 buck cheap unit.
I purchased this vacuum on February this year and after a short use I realized that the navigation system didn't scan correctly some furniture and wall edges of my house. I take it back to the store and after a lot conversation with the manager and Lg they told me I have to wait for the vacuum to settled after 1-2 week of use. I did that with no result. I had to call LG for just to tell me that I have to take it to an authorized LG service center in my town. I did that and after a month or so they told me that the technician test it and there is no false. I had to show by myself to the technician and point the problem and he told me I have to leave it for another test. After another month the technician told me that the machine is rebooted and is ready to use. just I have to wait for a couple of week of working the machine for it to settle. After doing that the issue was remaining so I called LG to hear that I have to take it back for a service. Its been 2 months now at the service waiting for some parts. I bought an expensive robot vacuum and I haven't use it because most of the time is in for service. Does anyone else faced any issue with this? What did he do? What else do I have to do for me to use the vacuum for the purpose I bought it.?
