As the studios create new copy protection this seems to happen more and more. Always report titles that have issues to 1800SAMSUNG or the country you are in so they can work on getting it patched.
Hoping someone can help me out, as I'm getting a bit frustrated. I have a HT-BD1250. I only have a couple of Blu-Rays, one has never had any issues, the second one which I just bought is causing the trouble.
I bought the blu-ray new from amazon, popped it in, everything was fine until about an hour and a half in...the image suddenly froze, and the sound stopped. If I left it alone, it would stagger through the rest of the disc.............distorted/digitalized image, inconsistent sound. Made sure firmware was up to date, checked the disk for scratches/prints, cleaned the lens, nothing worked, it would have trouble in the same exact spot each time.
Figuring it must be the disc (as i said the other blu-ray i have has no issues), i sent it back to amazon and bought the same title from Best Buy.......it freezes in the exact same spot!!! Either there is a production issue with the disc (unlikely, can find any other complaints anywhere) or something is wrong with the player. Any ideas? Thanks.
