Since it's all opensource, a little mod can be done.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for Issue Tracking software? I'm evaluating issue tracking solutions for my company.
We're looking for a solution that is not too complicated, but moderately flexible. I'd like one that is web based, preferrably open source (but that isn't a must), and that can handle development issues/bugs as well as help desk/work order type tasks.
So far I've looked at Roundup, but I haven't been to happy with it.
Anyone have any suggestions?
