Issue in wireless connectivty on Studio 15

Oct 16, 2009 6:55PM PDT

Hi,
I recently bought a Dell Studio 15, with Vista Home Premium as the OS.
I was able to use Wifi properly, until yesterday. Now it always gives the message that Windows is unable to find any networks.
I tried restarting the router/laptop a number of times, enabling and disabling the wireless adapter. I even did a system restore. Still not able to get wireless connection. There is no problem with the router, as my friend's laptop is able to connect. I am using a Belkin router
I am able to get on the network by using a LAN cable.
Does this seem to be a hardware issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

It's a recent purchase and my advice is to always call it in. You don't want to know how much for out of warranty repair.

You also want to ask Symantec why they kill our internet connections when the Norton demo period ends. Seems incredible they get away with that.
