Israeli soldier "cleared" of shooting BBC cameraman.

Questions surround this shooting, kilometers away from the site of an Israeli operation in Gaza, of a cameraman shot while waving a white flag and having identified himself as a journalist. He was wearing a helmet saying "TV". The soldier's weapon was not collected for a ballistic match until weeks after the incident. The Cameraman's family is outraged and feel the investigation has been a white-wash.

It has nothing to do with my liking or disliking or approving or disapproving. Both instances look suspicious to me.

if you were a homicide bomber, would you also

The victim's colleagues said the team were carrying a white flag and had made themselves known to troops in the area before he was shot.

If ALL the facts in the article are correct.

What would you wear, if you were a cameraman?

I wouldn't even be there.

Isral has proven over and over that it cant operate in demochratic way with a good justise system. They violate human rites offen but they still have us support and then its hard to excpect a change in the country. No one in us would tollerate the same behavor against us minoritys (except from few fanaticks). no demochratic country would!
