Question

ISP not issuing IP to 3 known good Routers

Mar 1, 2018 12:13PM PST

I have been battling with the ISP to assist in helping me troubleshoot this with no success.I have 3 routers that will work at my office on factory settings. At the house, I have gone through basic power cycles, factory resets, updated firmware, and each router will not obtain an IP via DHCP. Is there anything I can do to capture the request going to the ISP? Is there something else I am missing? Also another network I work with started having this same issue today on the same ISP.

Go figure... :\
